Join us for the Dance Center of Kirkwood’s 2025 Summer Dance Camps and Intensives! And then continue your child’s dance education by enrolling in our six week Summer Dance Session from July 5 through August 15. We prorate for vacations!

SPRING BREAK CAMPS

  • $145 | Dancers will “Dig a Little Deeper” as they hop, skip, and groove down in the bayous while listening to the beautiful music from the movie. Dancers will enjoy a craft and learn a dance to show families at the end of camp.

    Monday, March 10th through Thursday, March 13th or Monday, March 17th through Thursday, March 20th from 9:00-10:15 a.m.

  • $170 | Dancers will start the camp with a jazz warm up and stretches. Have fun listening to the Descendants soundtracks. “Did I Mention” dancers will be “Chillin’ Like a Villain” as they create fun crafts and learn a  jazz dance for the end of camp?

    Monday, March 10th through Friday, March 14th or Monday, March 17th through Friday, March 21st from 11:00-12:30 p.m.

SUMMER INTENSIVES

  • $270 | Curriculum includes a Lion King jazzy dance, ballet, jazz and tap. We will also do a craft.

    Monday, July 21st through Friday, July 25th from 1:00-4:00 p.m.

  • $320 | Curriculum includes a Taylor Swift contemporary ballet dance, jazz, modern, contemporary, tap, and improvisation. Dancers will enjoy and make-up workshop and learn to make a ballet skirt.

    Monday, June 23rd through Friday, June 27th from 12:30-4:00 p.m.

  • $400 | Our advanced dance intensive gives aspiring dancers the opportunity to work with master instructors. Dancers will develop their technique, strength, and artistry in a challenging and encouraging environment. Curriculum will include ballet, pointe, variations, modern, contemporary and jazz.

SUMMER CAMPS

  • $145 | Young students will develop a love for dance by using their imagination through creative movement. We’ll explore the imaginary tale of Frozen and sing and dance like Anna & Elsa. Dancers will express themselves in ballet steps while developing musical skills. This nurturing camp will be filled with dance, music, creative activities and fun crafts. And families will be able to view a special dance at the end of the camp.

    Monday, June 16th through Thursday, June 19th from 9:00–10:15 a.m. or 10:30–11:45 a.m.

  • $170 | Come “Move Your Feet” in this hair raising, fun camp! Your dancers will find their “True Colors” in this camp while learning ballet and jazz. We will make a craft, listen to some groovy music and learn a jazzy dance to show at the end of the week.

  • $145 | Fall under the spell of Sleeping Beauty, the ultimate princess fairy tale. We will dance to the beautiful score and make lovely crafts.

  • $145 | “Be Prepared” to move and groove as we explore the wild adventures from the Lion King. Dancers will get to use their creativity while constructing a craft and costume. Families will enjoy a dance at the end of the week.

  • $145 | Dancers explore the enchanted fairy tale of Cinderella through dance. Dreams really do come true. Campers will have fun while dancing and making crafts.

  • $220 | Children will study the classical holiday fantasy Nutcracker. They will do crafts and dance to Tchaikovsky’s brilliant score. This 20th annual summer camp will focus on choreography, staging, costumes, and many more exciting and creative surprises for a total immersion into the world of the performing arts.
